Durand Koch has a professional background of 20 years as a legal assistant, and a tour of duty in United States Air Force. She joined Roush Fenway in December, 2005. Koch’s experience, discipline and organizational skills combine to support and enhance Roush Fenway Racing’s marketing and business development initiatives.

In addition to the administrative and operational support to the Sales and Marketing team, Koch is involved with team sponsorship development and driver endorsement opportunities. Koch also manages Roush Fenway’s charitable requests and programs.

Koch is a native of Mooresville, North Carolina. She has 2 grown children, Amanda and Michael, and 2 grown step-children, Rob and Angela. She and her husband Tom live in Cornelius, North Carolina.
