A former Ford Marketing Executive, Galida joined Roush Fenway Racing in October 2004.

Galida has leadership roles within a multiple of marketing based activities engaged in by Roush Fenway Racing as part of the organization's long-term strategy of maintaining and enhancing Roush Fenway Racing's leadership position in the motorsports entertainment marketplace.

Galida had been with Ford Motor Company for more than 12 years before coming to Roush Fenway Racing. His previous assignments included Global Motorsports marketing manager, Ford Racing Technology; Vice President of Marketing, Ford of Canada and most recently, director Advanced Marketing Strategy, North America.

Galida received his bachelor's degree in Mineral Land Management from the University of Colorado and later earned his master's from Fuqua School of Business, Duke University.

Galida resides in Charlotte with his wife Cathy, and children Lauren and Jack.
